I called Mike when I thought I had an issue with my roof. Unfortunately, also fortunately, I did not get to see his work because there was no issue. Mike was honest and reliable with his opinion and assessment. Unlike many other contractors, Mike did not just see a paycheck, he saw new homeowners who needed advice. Mike let us know every looked fine and said he would not need to provide any services for me. He did all this for FREE. This is a man, and a company that can be trusted. update 2022: Just wanted to give anyone looking a quick update on my original review. I've now used KPI for window replacements, door installations, and most recently, a roof installation. Mike (KPI Exteriors owner) has been my go-to guy in the years since I've moved to Bucks County. MIke and KPI have been reliable, punctual, professional, and most importantly, honest. I can say with 100% certainty that Mike and KPI is the roofing company you've been looking for. When I first contacted Mike in 2019 with some concerns regarding my roof, Mike was the only person to come out that I truly felt comfortable with. Mike didn't tell me I needed a new roof ASAP like some contractors did, he gave me honest answers and solutions. Fast forward to 2022 after using KPI for some bedroom window replacements and a new interior door installation, and we were ready for a new roof. I immediately contacted Mike and let him know my situation. Mike came out, evaluated it, and gave me a few different options for the short and long term. My wife and I decided the investment in a new roof was justified. Mikes price was MORE than fair, he was clear with how things would work and what warranties were available (which were excellent and more than worth the price). Mike's team were early to the job, extremely professional and friendly, finished the job sooner than expected and thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. Other than the beautiful new roof on my house I would have never known they were there!

I had a roof (asphalt shingle and Cedar) James , Hardie siding and gutters done by Mike at kpi jr. This project was a addition on a existing house. During this project I have worked with tons of different contractors and none as professional as Mike. His guys were on time, clean and professional. Extreme attention to detail. He always kept me in the loop and the end result was great. I would recommend this company anyone and feel confident about my recommendation.
